Q. When will I receive my payments?
A. This will vary for each contractor based on the payment terms that have been agreed with agency or client. We operate a ‘live’ banking system and we promise to process any payments received on the same day that we receive them. As soon as the payment has been processed you will be sent confirmation by email and an updated account schedule.
Q. By what method will you transfer my money?
A. As a general rule, we process all payments as priority payments but we can also process SEPA payments if your bank is in the Eurozone.
Q. What information will you need from me?
A. Once we have reached an agreement to proceed, we will need to collect some personal information from you for due diligence and in order to set you up on our systems. This information is required under Know Your Customer (KYC) legislation to demonstrate that we have taken reasonable steps to verify your identity.
Q. How quickly can we start billing?
A. This varies depending on the circumstances of your contract and the employment structure. Once agreement has been reached with you and the agency or client and all required documents have been received, the contracts can usually be exchanged very quickly. Once this has been completed we are ready to start billing for your time.

Q. What if I’m not happy with your service and want to leave?
A. Your custom is very important to us and we welcome any feedback on areas that can be improved. If there is any aspect of our service that doesn’t meet your expectations, then we would encourage you to speak with us to try and resolve any issues. In the unlikely event that we are not able to satisfactorily resolve your issue, then all you will need to do is give us notice in writing as per our agreement and we will collect all outstanding funds from the agency or client and make final payment to your bank account.
Q. Who do I notify about my time worked and expenses?
A. The requirements for each agency or client can vary and you may use an online portal for registering your time and/or expenses. Generally though, most agencies or clients will require an approved timesheet and expenses claim form. You should advise us by email or fax and include and required documents. We will raise and submit the invoice the same day and confirm to you by email that this has been done.
