The “GEMS” Group of Companies were formed in Jersey, Channel Islands in1991 to provide comprehensive solutions and services to contractors working away from home on overseas projects. We have a number of in-house management companies especially developed to suit the needs of most contractors. Once we have established your country of work we will select the in-house company vehicle best suited to your needs.

The GEMS Group have developed solutions for the contractor to make the choices available as simple and straightforward as possible, whilst maximising net income.

GEMS can provide for full payroll function in certain countries within Europe, or a taxation and legislative compliance solution, giving you, the agency and end user client peace of mind that all in-country obligations are met and discharged.

GEMS have an extensive network of professional host country associates worldwide, and use their expertise to assist with registration, the payment of fiscal and local taxes and social security where applicable.
